(An excerpt from a TV program which touches on the subject that older women-younger men couples are on the rise and that it is apparent in Korean society and media today. Only Joongbo parts translated.)
The older woman-younger man couple trend is well reflected today; including variety shows as well. A good example of this can be seen in WGM, where one of the make believe couples consist of Hwang Bo (28 years old) and Hyun Joong (22 years old).
Hwang Bo said on an MBC interview that initially she had felt the generation gap between herself and the younger Hyun Joong, but now they are slowly in the process of getting to know each other. She also said that there were times where she could not think otherwise and thought sometimes that she has aged and that there was an age and generation gap. However, she added that as time passes and after meeting Hyun Joong, the both of them are slowly in the process of getting to know each other.

Wow! This really is a fantastic blog!!
I'm also a fan of the HB-HJ couple. To be frank, being with someone much younger than you, based on my personal experience, does make you feel you're aged both physically and mentally. It's really hard to overcome such a helpless feeling. Sometimes you'd still find it fine when you're with your companion alone, but when facing the friends and family members of each other, you may even find yourself a little bit "pathetic".
That's why I really wanna see if the show goes on and the HB-HJ couple had the chance to meet their family members like waht the other couples did (though I'm sure the chance is slim), how the couple would react to the situation, esp. HJ.
Good luck for them and hope that they'd love each other more and more.
