Hyun Joong's choice of wheels

Netizens have once again uncovered a picture of Hyun Joong driving to his footie session with the neighborhood footie team.

More than 34,000 netizens have flocked to the Daum portal to look at his picture and left comments such as he looks like he slept late and didn't wash up before heading for his footie session in his Porsche Cayenne.

However, they also added that despite his rather grubby appearance, he still looked cool and they wished that he would do an ad for the car he drives as well.

No news on Hwang Bo (that I know of at least) so I decided to post a pic of her mini-hompy and ask everyone this question...

Football playing Hyun Joong

Hyun Joong spent some time playing football with the local neighbourhood team, leading netizens to comment that despite being such a huge Hallyu star, he really is a very down to earth, normal guy.

Pictures of him playing football were posted on the Korean portal site 'I Love Soccer', and some of the other comments included that seeing him in his football attire was a distinctive change from his usual outlook, but he still displayed his fashionista sense, as he appeared color coordinated, looking cool and handsome.

He seriously looks hot playing footie! I want to hang out in his neighbourhood as well...

Thanks for all the words of encouragement, hope and love that you guys left me after my rather emotional post. It was really gratifying to read whatever you guys said, and it made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I think I have fallen in love with all of you!

Although there was that occasional weird advertisement... why would anyone try to promote their goods when I'm baring my emotions is seriously beyond me.

Chinese media praises Hyun Joong, labels him 'Representative of Korea'

The Chinese media has labeled Hyun Joong as the representative of Korea.

Hyun Joong won over the hearts of many when he took on the role of Yoon Ji Hoo in the Korean version of 'Boys Over Flowers' last year. This was also the role that threw him to stardom and made him one of the representatives of the Hallyu wave.

He has also been placed at first place as 'The man that I want to cook with', 'The model that looks best sporting the latest fashions', 'The man that looks the best wearing a Hanbok' and is seen to be one of the most popular Hallyu stars in Korea, Japan, China and other parts of Asia.

The reactions of Chinese netizens towards Hyun Joong has also been good, with comments such as 'I know why Hyun Joong is so popular in Korea', 'Hyun Joong is really cool', 'I love Hyun Joong' among many other comments.

Reflections

Hey there guys,

I've been thinking a lot lately. Had a few things happen, and a few things that didn't happen.. A bit of this and that, but then hey, that's what life is about innit?

Reflecting back on the past two years, I think I have kinda done quite a few things. But I've also paid the price for such actions. I don't know if I can really express myself, but I wish I treated some people better. I wish I was more honest with them. And I wish I could make it up to them, but in a way, it's too late. I took too long. And I can't do anything about it anymore.

Oh well. That's just the way things are sometimes.

Gosh, I just feel so negative.

I think I'm gonna go watch Joongbo again. For the first time in about a year. I need to watch something sincere, something real. Something... that puts the faith back in you.

And maybe, I'll be more positive. And real. And more... me.

My life's events, events, come my way! Y^_^Y

SS Concert in Seoul

I know, I know, these pictures are long overdue and they have been probably posted all over the world, but I love SS. And I want to post them too!

They had their extremely successful finale Persona concert in Seoul on the 27th of February after their series of Asian tours which saw them performing in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand since August last year.

They have also been cited as members of the 'New Hallyu Wave' (the growing popularity of Korean pop culture), showing their popularity around the globe! Great news if I may add, as they have worked so hard for this and totally deserve the love and appreciation from their fans.
