Updates in a flash

Hmm... just a brief recap of what I've read lately. Haven't really been able to blog lately, sigh.. Oh well, I'll just grab whatever chances at blogging I have!! ^^!!

1) Hyun Joong is hosting a fanmeeting with his fans on the 31st, where he will be watching the last episode of KPN together with them. He will sponsoring the whole event, including refreshments and everything for his fans and will even be performing a solo act for them. It is reported that he will be spending 1 billion won for the whole event, but it's worth every cent to him. Why? Because he said that he wanted to spend the money that he earned on something special for his fans.


2) Hyun Joong will be making an appearance as a model during the Seoul Fashion Week. He will be appearing at the finale of the Autumn/ Winter fashion show. Fellow SS501 member Hyung Jun will also be making an appearance.


3) Hwang Bo recently filmed the MT episode with the rest of the Infinite Girls (old and new members), where they spent time playing games and bonding with each other. Hwang Bo also had a mission where she had to kiss Shin Bong Sun!


4) Hwang Bo also attended the Seoul Collection fashion show on the 21st held at the Seoul National Theater.

Hyun Joong: Model for Hotsun Chicken Franchise

Hyun Joong's participation in the chicken industry creating the 'Hyun Joong effect' is truly amazing.

Hyun Joong recently signed on as the model for Hotsun's chicken franchise which is popularly known on the Internet as 'Hyun Joong chicken'.

An official representative from Hotsun Chicken said that after it was made known that Hyun Joong was its spokesperson in February, the sales had increased by more than threefolds. He also added that it was expected to perform better after the release of the CF, which Hyun Joong recently filmed. The CF will be aired on the 29th of March.

SS501 updates

SS501's OST theme for KPN "I'm Stupid" won Song of the Month in the Cyworld Digi Song Awards. They have sold 110,000 digital copies of their song, showing the popularity of the song.

I prefer Hyun Joong's version of it though, I think it's the Ji Hoo effect. ^^

Others have also mentioned that the boys were expressing their disappointment in Hyun Joong for not thanking them and such at the awards. One thing to remember is, the boys said it in good humor, they were merely teasing Hyun Joong. If there's one thing about them, they remind me of Shinhwa in camaraderie. And full blown teasing at every opportunity they get is part of this camaraderie. Why? Because they are the only ones who can do it and get away with it. Because they are brothers. So don't fret guys, it's all for laughs, therefore, laugh with them!
